Home Upgrade Grant – The grant has been created to provide energy efficient upgrades and clean heating systems to low-income households. Phase 2 is a Government-funded local authority scheme for those properties that are off gas heating. The scheme is to deliver energy-saving improvements to the homes of people who struggle to pay their heating bills and keep their homes warm in the winter. These improvements are made free of charge and will help residents to keep their homes warm while using less energy and help them to manage their heating bills.
