Hosting a Food Collection

We are always very grateful to churches, community groups, local schools and organisations as well as individuals who have arranged food collections. The majority of our food is donated and without your generosity we would struggle to help local people in crisis.

Food collections are always a great idea to help us – you can set them up with ease and make such a big difference to people’s lives. All you will need is a collection box for the food and a sign to let people know what items will be collected. Please note that we only accept in date, non-perishable food donations.

If you’re interested in hosting your own food collection at your home, business, club or school and college; have a look at our donate food page. This is updated regularly with the food items we are in desperate need of and also the food we have plenty of.

Please contact us to discuss your food collection, get ideas on how to advertise in the local area and which food items are currently needed. We also have plastic crates for food, collection tins, collection buckets and even a large sign that you can use, contact us on:
